1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order or using the services offered by Grazing Moments Pty Ltd you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Orders and Payments
a. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
b. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include any applicable taxes.
c. Payment can be made through accepted payment methods. Payment is due at the time of placing the order.
d. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
a. Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the agreed order date and time. Cancellations made on the day may be charged 50% of the value of the order.
b. Reasonable changes or alterations to an order can be requested at any time, and approved based on management discretion.
b. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to management discretion.
4. Delivery and Pickup
a. Delivery and pickup times are approximate and subject to factors such as traffic and weather conditions.
b. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery or pickup information.
c. If the Customer selects pickup, orders must be collected promptly at the agreed-upon time.
d. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the recipient of the delivery is at the location requested during the delivery window selected.
e. If the recipient of a delivery is not present for collection at the requested address during the delivery window, we will attempt to contact you to arrange a new delivery or collection. Orders cannot not be left unattended at the doorstep by our delivery drivers. Your order will either be returned to Grazing Moments in Cranbourne West where it can be picked up, or a new delivery will be arranged at a later time. This new delivery will incur an additional delivery fee.
5. Invoicing
a. Invoices will be issued for the products or services provided by Grazing Moments Pty Ltd
b. The invoice will include details of the products or services, the total amount due, and the payment due date.
6. Invoice Payment Terms
a. Payment is due as specified on the invoice.
b. Payments must be made in Australian Dollars (AUD) through the designated payment methods specified on the invoice.
c. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or service in the event of non-payment or payment disputes.
7. Late Payments
a. If payment is not received by the specified due date, late payment fees may be applied.
b. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts, as allowed by the applicable laws of Victoria.
8. Food Safety
a. We adhere to all food safety regulations and standards in Victoria. Our products are prepared and stored in compliance with these regulations.
b. It is essential to follow our food handling and storage guidelines for safety.
9. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
a. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and timely information regarding allergies, dietary restrictions, or special dietary preferences of their guests
b. Grazing Moments can provide allergen information for menu items upon request. It is the customer's responsibility to communicate this information to their guests and make them aware of potential allergens
c. Despite our best efforts to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our kitchen or our suppliers are entirely free of allergens. Guests with severe allergies are encouraged to exercise caution
d. In the event that a customer's dietary restriction or allergy cannot be accommodated through the standard menu, Grazing Moments will work with the client to provide suitable alternative options. Additional charges may apply
10. Customer Behaviour
a. Customers are expected to engage in respectful and courteous behavior while interacting with our establishment, both in-store and online. Any form of abusive language, harassment, or disruptive conduct towards our staff, other customers, or any third parties will not be tolerated.
b. Customers are required to comply with all store policies, guidelines, and instructions provided by our staff. Failure to adhere to these policies may result in the denial of service, removal from the premises, or other appropriate actions.
c. Grazing Moments reserves the right to refuse service to any customer for reasons including, but not limited to, a violation of this customer behavior clause, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or any other reasonable grounds.
10. Liability
a. Grazing Moments shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with our products or services, including but not limited to, any loss or damage to property, loss of profits, loss of business, or injury to persons.

a. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
12. Intellectual Property
