ORDERING
- How do I order?
The best way to order is via our website, it's simple and you can order at any time. We also accept orders over the phone (03)7067 7966, email at [email protected] or you can visit us in-store between 8:00am and 3:00pm daily.
- How much notice do I need to give?
We offer same day ordering! When ordering online we can have your order ready for pick up within 1 hour or within 3 hours for local delivery. If you visit us in-store we can have most boxes ready within 10-15 minutes…..while you wait.
- Do you offer delivery for takeaway items?
Yes, our entire takeaway menu is available for fast service through Menulog for local delivery. All other products, including our grazing box range need to be ordered directly through our website.
- When can I pick up my order?
When ordering you can select a date and time that suits you - up to 90 days in advance. Orders can be picked up between 8:00am and 5:00pm daily. Note: although the store is closed for service at 3:00pm, late pickup is available daily until 5:00pm.

We are located at Shop 3 / 930A Thompsons Road, Cranbourne West (Behind McDonalds)
- What is available in-store?
We offer coffee, lunch and snacks, including baguettes, bagels, croissants, grazing plates, cookies, muffins, brownies and more. You can also order from our entire grazing range and we can make it while you wait.
- Do you have seating?
Yes, we do have limited seating (inside & out) or you can order takeaway

- What suburbs do you deliver to?
We deliver to Bangholme, Berwick, Bonbeach, Botanic Ridge, Carrum, Carrum Downs, Chelsea, Chelsea Heights, Cranbourne, Cranbourne East, Cranbourne North, Cranbourne West, Cranbourne South, Clyde, Clyde North, Dandenong, Dandenong South, Devon Meadows, Frankston, Frankston North, Hallam, Hampton Park, Junction Village, Keysborough, Langwarrin, Lynbrook, Lyndhurst, Narre Warren, Narre Warren South, Patterson Lakes, Sandhurst, Seaford and Skye.
For corporate orders we can also arrange delivery across Melbourne - just ask.
- How quickly can you deliver?
We can deliver to most areas within 3 hours from placing your order online.
- How much does delivery cost?
The cost will depend on your location and is often determined by our delivery partners, however typically the cost can range between $15 and $30
- Can orders be dropped off at the door if nobody is home?
No. Our delivery drivers will not leave any orders at a doorstep unattended. It is important that you ensure the recipient is home or available at the time of delivery. Our grazing boxes are perishable and need to be stored in a cool environment.
- What happens is I send a gift and the recipient is not home?
If our delivery driver arrives but nobody is home to receive the order we will first attempt to contact you on the mobile number you have provided. We will then arrange for a new delivery time (which will incur a redelivery fee) or we will return the order to our Cranbourne West store for you to pick up between 8:00am and 5:00pm weekdays or 8:00am - 3:00pm on weekends.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
- Can you cater for Coeliacs?
At Grazing Moments we offer a range of Low Gluten products. Although we only source gluten free ingredients for these products, we also prepare products containing gluten in the same kitchen and therefore cannot guarantee zero detectable gluten. Therefore these products may not be suitable for those with gluten allergies. If you have further questions on allergens, please contact our helpful staff.
- Do you offer Vegan or Vegetarian options?
Yes, we have a wide range of options for both vegan and vegetarian customers. Check out the range in our online Menu.
- Can you cater for specific dietary needs?
Our kitchen team will do their best to accommodate specific dietary needs. We recommend you contact the store directly to discuss your requirements when ordering.
